We are one of the leading construction companies specializing in RCC Chimneys in India, headquartered in Telangana. In addition to constructing RCC chimneys, we are experts in building and providing services for boilers, furnaces, and Thermo Pac systems. We also offer comprehensive maintenance services for chimneys, boilers, furnaces, and Thermo Pac units to ensure their long-term, efficient operation.
Over the years, we have successfully completed numerous projects across multiple states in India. Our team thoroughly researches, evaluates, and plans for all factors that may affect the design and construction process, ensuring high-quality, durable, and safe structures.
RCC chimneys are invariably lined to protect the concrete and reinforcement steel from thermal and chemical attack by hot and corrosive flue gases. This lining ensures that the chimney maintains proper draft (buoyancy) and aids plume rise, allowing pollutants to be dispersed far away from the source. The robust monolithic RCC structure, when properly lined, becomes a durable, long-lasting installation. Typically, the inner lining consists of refractory bricks of IS-6 or IS-8 grade, selected based on the operating temperatures of the chimney. For specific requirements, we can design and construct chimneys with air gaps between the lining and RCC, equipped with vents to protect the RCC structure. We also provide platforms at various heights for pollution monitoring, warning lights, and ease of maintenance.
A chimney alone does not provide a complete solution for pollution control, but it plays a crucial role in reducing the concentration of various pollutants — such as CO, CO₂, SO₂, SO₃, ash, and other flue gases — by dispersing them effectively into the atmosphere.
Today, Pollution Control Boards increasingly mandate the installation of wet scrubbers, which we can design and supply — including Forced Draft (FD) and Induced Draft (ID) fans, and Mechanical Dust Collectors (MDCs) of any required capacity. When sulphur-containing fuels are used, flue gases contain SO₂, which can convert to SO₃ in wet scrubbers due to moisture absorption. The resulting acidic condensate can quickly damage standard refractory linings and the chimney structure itself.
To counter this, we recommend Acid Resistant (AR) linings with suitable AR mortars where flue gas temperatures drop to around 140°C. For sections where temperatures exceed 140°C, high-grade fire bricks are used. To further extend the service life of RCC chimneys — especially for high-pressure boilers — an air gap with vents between the RCC shell and the lining is essential to protect the structure from thermal stress and chemical attack.
All chimneys must be designed to withstand significant seismic forces, wind speeds of over 200 km/hr, and their own maximum self-weight under extreme natural calamities. History shows us that even heavily built steel current poles and cell towers have been severely damaged or toppled by extreme winds, resulting in heavy losses to both government and private sectors.
With proper design, RCC chimneys with continuous reinforcement can be constructed cost-effectively without compromising on safety or longevity. An environmentally friendly RCC chimney must therefore be structurally sound, designed to withstand harsh weather conditions, require minimal maintenance, and deliver reliable performance over its lifespan — making it a cost-effective and responsible choice for industries.

Included Foundation work 50 Plus life time, even Flue gases can be discharged at a temperature of minimum 60°C and below. It means you are saving more fuel. Fire Bricks lining included. Can withstand for any weather conditions & winds. This type of chimney is a Permanent structure. Maintenance Free. Stay wires or no external support is required. AS per Pollution control Boards instruction RCC Plat forms should be constructed. Air- Gap is possible only in RCC chimney’s. There is no Height limitations (suitable for small bread owen to mega power plants also). |
Civil foundation work should be done separately. No, Time period. As there is no refractory (Fire Bricks) lining, all are separate pieces. No proper jointing between each and every part. Cannot withstand for extreme weather conditions & winds Maintenance : Painting should be made for every 2 Yrs. (which is expensive & in - convenience) to avoid rust. Outside Structure must be provided. It is not at all Permanent Chimney (temporary chimney). Not possible with these chimney’s. Not at all possible. There is height and diameter limitation. |
Civil foundation work should be done separately. No time period. Discharging of Flue gas at 160°C temperature is mandatory, Otherwise Flue gas temperature converted to SO3 which damages the chimney. So you are loosing 100°C temperature and prestigious fuel. At the time of replacing the Chimney it will be expensive, production loss and require more space for replacement. Cannot withstand for extreme weather conditions & winds Maintenance : Painting should be made for every 2 Yrs. (which is expensive & in - convenience) to avoid rust. Stay Wires must be provided with ordinary Fabricated chimney. Not possible with these chimney’s. Not at all possible. There is height and diameter limitation. |
